Exercise keeps you fit. Many believe in order to exercise you need a gym membership or lots of free time, both are untrue. Many exercises that keep the body healthy and fit can be done around the house and doing just fifteen minutes every other day can greatly benefit your well being.
Exercise has been proven time and time again to increase your body's ability to fight off disease, give you increased energy throughout the day, and with proper guidence your structure alignment can be greatly improved - leading to many benefits itself. Your body needs maintence, you can ignore that fact or you can bring yourself to a better life with exercise.
We have developed numerous exercise routines to fit whatever your needs maybe. Even the must fit person can benefit from exercises that focus on keeping the body alignment and developing the muscles in a balanced manner to avoid any problems. We've specifically focused some exercise plans to help those with trouble areas. We can help you create a exercise routine to help heal that lower back or sore wrist or neck stiffness.
Below we've included an example of a few exercises we recommend for patients with lower back pain. Please note these are prescribed exercises that depend on individual situations and needs, these exercises may harm you if you do them without proper supervision.
Rules for all exercise:
- Don't overdo it.
- Take movements slowly and carefully.
- Apply heat treatments to relax tight muscles.
- Follow doctor's instructions carefully.

Sit flat with your back straight on a hard chair. Lower your body until your head rest between your knees. Slowly pull your body back up to a sitting position while tightening your abdominal muscles. Relax, breath deep, and repeat. ![]()

Stand straight with your hands on the back of a chair. Squat down while keeping your back straight. Stand back up, relax, and repeat. ![]()

Lie down with your arms above your head and your knees bent. Move one knee toward your chest as far as you can while keeping the other extended straight out. Return to original position and repeat movements with opposite legs. Relax once both legs are done and repeat. ![]()
