Dr. George E. Roy Jr.

Dr. Roy, one of the pioneers of chiropractic in the State of Maine, has spent his life serving others.  Whether, teaching junior high school in Fort Kent, serving his country as a disabled Marine Corps Veteran, where he was awarded a Purple Heart, or spending the last 25 years caring for patients here in Scarborough, Dr. Roy has always been concerned with helping people.

As a student at the University of Maine at Fort Kent, Dr. Roy began to learn about Chiropractic Care while being treated for a severe military condition.  He was cured through his Chiropractic treatment and decided to go to graduate school, at the Palmer University in Davenport, Iowa, where he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Roy and his wife, Lin, moved from the Midwest after graduation and settled in Scarborough with their four children, where he has been practicing Chiropractic for the past 25 years.

Dr. Roy has attended many healing seminars over the years dealing with Chiropractic, vitamins, supplements and many other aspects of healing.
