The vertebral Level 3L is the 3rd Lumbar and affects lower back and abdomen area.

Focusing primary on the sex organs, uterus, bladder, and knees.

Possible symptoms are lower back and mid to upper leg pain, discomfort and soreness. Various and numerous symptoms from trouble or malfunctioning of the bladder, prostate glands, and sex organs.
